Great on my 5’6 130lb self. Gone down dozens of times pain free. I have the matching neck brace for track days and feel very confident pushing a little harder knowing that the important parts on my body have another layer of bend protection.

I don't understand this vest. The velcro straps on the side (where the red things are) are sewn directly to the vest. They do not open. Is this a defect or bad design? What is the point of velcro on the straps if they are sewn into the vest? I'd have to put it like a t-shirt. Also, there is no adjustment on the shoulders. Why is this sold? It's useless.
