Was very surprised by the sound quality. Somehow, music played via Bluetooth from my phone using this has better quality than CDs played in my vehicle’s factory CD player. There was the issue of the cassette ejecting periodically but removing the gears listed in other reviews fixed that issue. The only other down side I’ve noticed through trial and error is that is does not transmit phone calls via Bluetooth. My old wired cassette adapter with the headphones Jack would allow phone calls to come through my car speakers. With this one, I’ll be listening to music from my phone through the car speakers, my phone will ring, the ring tone comes through the car speakers but when I answer, the sound switches to coming out of the phone even though Bluetooth is still connected and there’s no option to switch the audio to Bluetooth. As soon as the calls ends, the audio switches back to the speaker. Now I have to use a Bluetooth earpiece in case a call comes through. Minor inconvenience since I purchased this item to be able to listen to music.

I don't understand why some other reviewers said there is gear noise. Mine is absolutely silent. Maybe it has been redesigned? Anyway, I have an older vehicle that is perfect in every way except that it does not have an aux input. I had tried the wired cassette adapters in the past but they were noisy and now, my phone no longer has a headphone jack.Enter this Aluratek adapter. I didn't have the highest expectations but I WAS BLOWN AWAY by the sound quality. Really. I honestly couldn't believe it was coming from the CASSETTE! It honestly sounded that good. I have read other reviews saying remove the protective head cover, etc. I didn't do that. It makes sense to have a thin piece of plastic between 2 metal heads so they don't scratch.Anyway, as long as you insert it the right side up, it should work. Mine paired quickly and again, I was expecting so-so sound, but I really couldn't believe what I was hearing was coming from my phone, over Bluetooth, to this adapter.I'm really glad I made this purchase.

I've had this converter for over a year after my old one broke and it has been my faithful companion on many, many drives. The sound quality is better than most of my regular cassettes and decently good (though I am working with 30 y/o speakers and stereo in my car) and there's very little lag when pausing/changing music. Don't over estimate the 8hr battery life if you have a long drive, however. The converter can't charge and play at the same time, which a learned on a very long and silent drive a few months ago. In my opinion the low battery beeps are too frequent and can get annoying fast if you don't pop it out or turn your stereo off. If you have a short commute and charge it quickly though, this thing is amazing and has never given me any unexpected issues.

Este producto cumplió con los objetivos de asistencia de Bluetooth. Muy fácil de usar, tengo un Mercedes Benz que tiene solamente tape player y disco CD player. Buen sonido, buena duración de baterÃa del dispositivo. Si no quieres cambiar to estéreo original es muy buena solución.

Have a 2016 truck with a cd / cassette player. Ordered this unit so I could stream music frommy phone while driving. Audio quality is far better than expected and far superior to fm transmitter solutions. Can highly recommend this product. Only issue for me is the audio only comes out from one side until I stick my finger into the deck and press down on the unit. Only need to do that once when starting up after that it is fine. Like driving a new truck!
