I bought these heavy wool socks for my husband who works outside most of the day and they have exceeded my expectations. The material is thick, soft, and incredibly warm, even in freezing temperatures. I'm in the country and let my dogs out and keep an eye out for coyotes and I'm in a hurry to let the dogs out and don't put shoes on, I've been standing on the cold concrete porch in 20 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes without shoes & my feet bever got cold, I was standing on the porch & didn't realize a small part of the porch & that I was unintentionally standing on it/ snow, again my feet never got cold, they did get damp of course later, wearing another brand my feet would get could almost instantly.I'm not recommending going out wearing these socks in the snow without shoes on, this isn't normally how I test a product either, it was happenstance how I found out just how warm they are, they are soft, I have sensitive skin, and they aren't itchy, and I don't feel like putting shoes on every time that I get up to walk across our hardwood floors then I don't have to, they have held up well for me & I may buy more for spares.

I purchased a set of these socks 2-3 months ago to try out because I had been purchasing diabetic socks for quite a while and they were okay, but didn't last long. I was worried about "itchiness" from wool socks, but these really don't contain much wool. I just wanted something more comfortable, longer lasting, and warmer for the winter (we live in the mountains where winters can be a challenge). These seemed to show promise.I must say that they have worked out better than I imagined. They are incredibly comfortable; it feels that they are insulating my feet from the cold well; and I notice no negative "wool effect." It also seems they will last longer by a wide margin.As I said, I have had these 2-3 months. This already confirms they will outlast the other socks by a lot. The problem is that they are so comfortable, I wear them around the house all the time and that will, no doubt, doom them to a shorter life. But nothing lasts forever, and I think these are well worth the money. I have ordered a second set because these are the only socks I wear. But I'm still pretty much holding the second set in reserve. I also ordered a set for my wife, and she has had the same reaction as mine.It's not that often that you run across a product you feel this good about. They work very well for both of us now. We're also planning to give them a try this summer. I'll try to remember to update this review when we see how that works.

These are surprisingly comfortable. Not itchy at all, and I can't stand scratchy socks-almost would rather go barefoot! (In the house, that is.) Very warm and comfortable. Have worn only a few times in moderately cold conditions. Not sure about durability, or performance in extreme cold. Performed well for me in low-mobility conditions (sitting almost motionless on a deer stand for hours, with Bogs boots) when day's high was around 38 degrees F. Thin sock liners help in colder weather. Perfect for winter in southwest NC winters. Would buy again.

Very warm, nice and tight, they get super small in the wash but stretch back to normal. They are slip resistant, they are easy on and easy off. Seem to be durable. It was a good find.

These socks are amazing! Super warm, soft, and comfy without being too thick. I’ve been wearing them in the cold, and my feet stay cozy and dry all day. The cushioning makes them perfect for hiking, but honestly, I wear them just around the house too.My husband loves them just as much—he keeps stealing a pair! The quality is great, they wash well, and they don’t lose their softness. If you need warm socks for winter or outdoor adventures, these are a must-have. Definitely 5 stars!

OK, they are just socks but I think they live up to their advertising hype. They are comfortable. At my age putting on socks is difficult. These go on fairly easily yet stay up well during the day. They are a little thicker than my usual socks and therefore my shoes fit more snugly. Not a bad thing, just a difference in how they feel. I think they are warmer than other socks but I have no way of measuring that. I think they feel warmer. They did not come with any laundry instructions but, if they have the per cent of wool as advertised, I assume they need special care. I found instructions on the internet and followed them.

These are nice and warm, very comfortable. Great for being outdoors in the cold. Follow instructions regarding care to avoid shrinkage - they are wool after all.

I ordered 3 brands of wool blend socks and these. Out of the four, these were by far superior-warmer, more breathable and better cushioning. I get cold feet easily, and these really help. These are great socks at the price, and if I hadn’t work]n the others I would have returned them. Highly recommended!

Fueron algo pequeños para mi, pero a mi esposa le funcionaron perfectamente y esta muy contenta con ellos, en comodidad y para mantener los pies calientes en el frio. La recomendación es compren una talla mas grande de los que usan normalmente.
