This fan is small, but mighty. Comes well packaged and fully assembled. Heavy for the size and really packs a punch. Perfect for keeping air moving in my large bedroom. Love the retro look and sound.

We were extremely disappointed, and heart broken. We were expecting a "Complete" metal fan, and we received a metal fan with plastic parts. The fan blades are plastic with metal back supports. The top adjustment oscillating knob is plastic, and the knob that increases the airflow (1, 2, 3) is made out of plastic. I did not expect for the price of ($59.99 plus tax), that I would get such a very small fan that was "Not" all metal as the advertisement lead me to believe. That was the main selling point for me. The fan does not blow that hard either. I almost have to be right up against it to feel it on #3. The fan has remained on #3 since it arrived. Anything lower and it could barely be felt! It's not worth what the seller is asking for it. Also, the seller needs to be honest with the advertisement. This fan has some metal and plastic parts. So, if you are looking for a "Totally" metal fan, then this is not the one for you. The tilt on the fan is not that drastic either. It barely tilts for a better experience. The fan is short, so you will definitely, have to put it on something to bring the height up to you. I have owned better "Plastic" fans that were a lot cheaper, larger, and that blew much harder. The fan does have a nice look to it and there is hardly any noise coming from it. The speed is quick, but again, it doesn't blow as hard as I believe that it should. For the cost, well it needs to come down a lot. It's not worth almost $60.00. If the seller would make a few changes and replace the mentioned parts above, with "Metal" instead of plastic, I would still say that the fan would not be worth almost $60.00. For what I paid, I could have bought at least 2 plastic fans.

I have this fan in my office, it is quite and small but moves the air nicely. The fan is all metal, the shroud, grill and fan body....I was concerned about noise since metal fan blades can make noise but this fan is quite. Not good for a large room but perfect for what I need it for.

This fan is on the small side, but not “miniature†either. It’s about 12†tall with a fan cage of about 10†and the fan sitting around 8â€. It draws 27W on high, 22W on medium and 20W on low. I wouldn’t call it loud, but I wouldn’t call it quiet either. You can definitely get more airflow with less noise by going to a larger fan. Pivoting left/right didn’t seem to change the draw.It will pivot 90 degrees left to right, but onto between about -4 and 14 degrees up and down (measured). It is basically entirely metal - blade, cage, base, etc. However the pivoting back and forth mechanism seems to be mostly plastic (when you look inside the housing). Note the magnets I placed on it in some of the pictures. They stuck to the fan blades too, however that didn't photograph well.It is powered by an 18awg cord that has an embedded 5A fuse, similar to some Christmas lights. It does have a UL listed sticker on it, and I assume the fuse to go with the 18g wire was a requirement to get this certification. It is a great little fan for hardening off seedlings to get them used to wind (our main use), or to put by the woodstove to keep the airflow circulating. It seems a little large/loud for a desk fan, but great for a lot of other uses (and it takes up less space!)It is rather vintage looking, and although there are clues that it wasn’t made 50 years ago, at first glance you might not be sure.

This little retro-style tabletop fan is exactly what I was looking for! It arrived quickly after ordering, and right out of the box, I could tell it was well-made. The design is really cool, and it has a nice sturdy feel to it.Performance-wise, it runs quietly while still providing a good amount of airflow. I also like that the speed settings go from 3 to 1 instead of the usual 1 to 3—since I always use my fans on high, this makes perfect sense to me, but I can appreciate how others might find it a bit unusualOverall, a great little fan that does its job well. Five stars!

This fan has a vintage look and is actually metal (some with a matte finish that can appear plastic like but is metal when touched). It is fairly heavy for the size which I love as my cats will push stuff over if they can and one loves airflow and sits in front of fans. It is also UL listed so safe to plug in unlike a lot of smaller fans which come without electrical certifications. It has a decent amount of power for the small blades if used up close, like on a desk but the small blades won’t push air that far. I would recommend it if used during the day when there is more noise, but if you are looking for something for a bedside table, the fan power seems to go up and down slightly with a noticeable change in the sound which I would personally find annoying when trying to get to sleep.

I didn’t have a lot of hope for this since it arrived in an unmarked box, but wow,, was so pleased upon opening! It is a very stylish black, and would match in any decor… and not only does it look great it also works fantastic. Super happy with it.. definitely recommend!!!
