We got this for a rental unit and were a bit nervous buying it from Amazon. Considering we were told that one simply can’t “just buy these” without taking into consideration humidity. I guess there are different units for near water and away from water environments. We are inland, not near water and when we called them and talked to them they said this is the correct one. It works well and the tenants have had no complaints.
