This is a God sent tool for when you need to do deep mortisesIt is especially well suited when doing fancy Emtek pocket door hardware. It works perfectly with templaco jigs. Love it

i ordered the cutter for its size and length but the carbide was .007 oversize and did not eject the chips so i was unable to use it. I don,t like returning items and maybe i can use it in the future on something. so i was very disappointed in Amana quality. i have used other Amana cutters and they do offer some unique produts

One of the soldered carbide blade went away (on a previous purchase and with hard old oak). But as it is very long it's very convenient for deep mortises
