I've already installed these fire extinguishers on the wall hanger provided for each in the areas of my home that they're needed. They arrived in packaging that protected each unit well, and there were no signs of leaks, breaches, etc.; they are brand new (2021) and very clean, and came fully charged with plastic safety ties appropriately attached. Very pleased with this purchase, and with the prompt delivery!

No, I've never had to use it yet, but it seems very well made. There are YouTube videos that show their manufacturing process - very impressive.

One of the fire extinguishers arrived discharged and covered in the extinguishing powder. I am having a difficult time getting a replacement sent. Some other reviews are saying that this company wont replace damaged items. The return process sends me to Amerex's website.

Amerex is a very decent extinguisher. These are the same ones selected by the Air Force Research Laboratory for its Information Directorate facilities. The two-pack did not arrive simultaneously and the invoice reflected sale of only one extinguisher. This caused confusion with accompanying anger. There was no indication that the second of two was to be delivered later. The seller did deliver but should consider a less confusing/aggravating means of invoicing. Anyway, I apologize for a weekend of cursing the seller!

I think it’s a very good product of use other ones like it but smaller this one was just a lot heavier than I thought

Live in rural area. Neighbor’s barn burned down. Took FD 20 minutes to arrive. Bought these to add to smaller extinguishers already in my shop. Hope not to need them. But glad to have them.
