Worked great and fixed my issue. Just be sure that you open yours up and make sure you're getting the right item like I did as there are a few different types for American Standard. Very happy now.

It replace my old 90’s valve that was leaking tru the rubber seals. I removed the old one and lightly sanded the brass before installing the new one and don't over tighten the screws.
