INSTRUCTIONS:
It will take only 10 minutes to change the old motor with the new one. First of all, you will need to unplug the power from the wall then remove the freezer's back plate and disconnect the motor. You will see a few screws holding everything in and two cable connections that should be disconnected. In the end, you will be changing the old fan with the new fan. After all this, just replace the backing and here you are, the motor is changed in less than 10 minutes

You know Every Rose Has Its Thorn, so Here I Go Again, just a little Under Pressure. Do I? Or Don't I buy this part?But then my mind told me, Don't Stop Believing." You just have to Jump and Take Your Time (Do It Right).The $300 service and parts charge we were quoted - we just had to Beat It! No way he's getting Money For Nothing!At this point, we're just Living On A Prayer that we don't lose all our food.But I Won't Back Down!It was a Shot In The Dark, and we came in with Open Arms and Did It In A Minute. Luckily, we know a guy that knows a guy that knows some things (I knew Another One Bites The Dust when he let out that Rebel Yell of success! It was easy to install and fit perfectly for our fridge and we got the cold back In The Air Tonight! Very easy to swap out. An exact fit. Runs well the price is reasonable. The product is very well put together much like the original motor and seems just as durable. I was at work when I was informed that the fridge went out. First I unplugged and cleaned the coils, vents and compressor fan underneath. The freezer coils were still getting frosted over. I knew then the compressor was working. Then I realized that the evaporator fan wasn't kicking on. This motor was the answer.

I found really good instructions online, be careful when removing the old one as you will need at least one part. I was able to keep the fridge working ok without the fan working by stacking the frozen food as a wall a few inches from the inner wall which caused the cold air to pool down to the non-frozen area and keep it near 40 degrees. I call it the Alaska solution keeping the lower 48 cool.
