The chairs are comfortable, well-built and seem sturdy. The directions and parts are well-marked but the little hex wrench and other hand tool make for a laborious assembly. Power tools will have you rocking in your new chairs in no time!

I hate assembling stuff but these were very easy! Love my new chairs. I will be buying 4 more at a later date

This is a low quality chair set. Hope to get a years use out of them. To start, the Allen head bolts do not screw easily into the receivers on the chair parts. In addition, the receiver ends are not accurately lined up and lead the bolts to not enter properly. In trying to “force†the bolt into the receiver ends, the Allen head stripped out and I had to tighten/remove some of the bolts with a set of pliers. To resolve this issue, I heavily lubricated the receiver ends and ran the bolts in and out numerous times to “wear in†the bolt and receiver threads. The metal on the chair arms was sharp in some areas. Will need to file these areas down and probably re-paint. I was going to return the set, but didn’t want the hassle of trying to repackage all the parts into the box (that was damaged on delivery) and return to shipping store. Took me 4 hours struggling with this 2 chair set. Will never purchase this brand again. Gave it one star because it does look pretty nice.

Good value for the money (once assembled). Chairs are comfortable and the right size for what we needed. However, the company has some serious quality control issues. We bought a set of two, they come in a box and need to be assembled. The first one went together with some effort, the second was far more difficult. If one did not have a bench grinder, drill and bits, a metric tap and die set, a Dremel tool and a 4' bar clamp, you would not get it assembled. Bolt holes were mis-aligned, the welded nut plates were off center and the frame welds were sloppy with excess material that needed to be removed. Roll the dice and hopefully you will get a good set.

Beautiful, comfortable chairs. Wish there was someway to keep water from getting inside the arms, as once it rains, the water collects inside and then rusts. The rust drains out on the deck and leaves a copper mess.
