These chairs aren't real rattan...they are made to look like rattan but the material is more like a heavy plastic...however, they are very nice chairs...easy to assemble and the cushions are decent....not exceptionally plump but not bad. I did add another seat cushion on top of the one that came with the chairs for a more comfortable seat. The chairs are also deeper than any other patio chair I have ever bought so that when I sit in them I have to move back in the chair more than in a typical chair...I am 5' 6" and when I sit and move back in these chairs my feet just barely reach the ground. I may add a back pillow to deal with this issue. Overall however, considering the price...these chairs are a good value. I had a hard time discerning the color of these chairs when I viewed them on the website...they are a bronzy brown...which worked for me.

Have to consider price whenever I write a review. I have seen and have better chairs for sure. But I paid more than double. A lot more in some cases. Assembly on those can be challenging and another person would be a great help. They do provide a tiny ratchet that was assembled by a toddler (worthless), but I have tools. Primarily a good ratchet with a hex socket set. When all done, they do look as good as pictured. They are sturdy. Heavy, and comfortable. As long as the price remains the same, they are a good Bargain.

After purchase I received a friendly greeting from the seller, prompt delivery and satisfactory service.These chairs are very comfortable and are fitted with nice cushions. I bought two. The box is heavy and well-packed. All the screws and washers were well packaged and came with good directions. The cushions could be thicker, but still very comfortable. All in all, I love my wicker patio chairs. I'll put them in my sunroom until springtime.

I almost didn't buy these because of so many people gave bad reviews saying that the holes didn't line up. If you leave all the screws loose as instructed it will all come together... only 10 screws per chair. They have now included a handy little ratchet wrench which really helps. Just remember that the hollow portion of the armrest goes facing the outside. It isn't very clear in the instruction drawing and I tried for 15 min to do them the wrong way. Once I got them turned around right was smooth sailing. My husband helped hold the pieces together while I did the screw and total time invested was about an hour and a half. These are very pretty chairs, nice and roomy and seem quite sturdy without being so heavy that you have to drag them around. Cushions don't have the support that I need but I will use them now and get something different next year.I shopped around for weeks on the internet and this was the best price I found for these and I am very happy with them

These are surprisingly nice for the price. Sturdy, well made. The cushions come flattened but plump up sufficienty.
