I bought the red retro chair for the outside patio. It is comfortable and so retro, that I just loved it. Very sturdy. The red is perfect. Husband put it together by himself without difficulty.Perfect!

I just love this chair. It's so old school and looks great on the porch with the red table. Might consider a cushion for it though. Easy for the hubby assemble.

The chair went together nicely! The trick when attaching the seat/back to the frame is to attach the two seat bolts first with the seat facing down. Then rotate the seat/back 180 degrees so that it nestles between the two arms and bolt them. It’s pretty easy for one person to assemble. It’s got a little bounce, but not as much as the old spring chairs. I’m a little skeptical of the plastic shoes, but we’ll see. I liked it enough to order a couple more!

I am 75 and tried for 2 hours to put this together. I had put the table together with no issue but this ended up taking my grandson and his wife to get this together. The base is so much wider than the bottom it takes brut strength but well worth it. It is perfect and looks beautiful on my porch. O just wish it had not taken 2 others to help me.

The way these are designed/built, they have a little bit of “spring†which makes them much more comfortable than a solid chair. Easy to move and clean, too.

I really expected some flimsy metal chairs and tables but was very pleasantly surprised. These are nice / beefy chairs like the old metal chairs we had when I was growing up. My son in law actually came across some of the old chairs and these are very similar in weight and construction. These are easy to assemble until you come to the last screw. You better have someone around to help at that point. I pride myself on being able to assemble just about everything by myself and could have probably gotten by ... but it is under quite a bit of tension and trying to align the plastic bushing, bolt, washer and nut through 3 holes was just a little more than I could easily do by myself. For 2 person assembly it would be 5 stars.

The hardware stack and instruction were properly done. Don’t be scared to squeeze the chair together with a fair amount of force, it’s how’s it’s meant to fit.PS. The colour in my photo is a bit off from in person.

I liked the quality of the metal parts and the paint job on these chairs - they should be solid for many years to come! The colour also looks amazing on our front porch!
