Do not buy! Installed all three filter housing and every one leaks from the top of the can and the bottom drain. No amount of tightening world work. Threads are poor quality. Bad design. Returning all three. Do Not buy!

The threads on all pipe holes are all poorly cut. You can’t get a proper threaded pipe or fitting into the filter head.The threads on the head are sharp enough to slice open skin, while also being too cruddy to allow the canister to attach to the head easily.The provided metal dowel meant to be used to turn the ring holding the canister to the head is NOT up to task.Overall, it’s a total waste of stainless steel.

The pipe threads are absolute garbage. It looks like the stainless casting had bubbles where the threads were cut, leaving voids that tear up the mating pipe and any thread sealer. Don't waste your time.
