They seem kind of flimsy but we have had no issues at all. I got these because my wife has certain clothes she does not dry, so she will hang on tension rods. With the weight of the wet clothes on the rods medium to large loads cause them to fall. Now with these giving that extra support she doesn't have to worry if she hung too many on it or not.

I love these poles sockets for putting up shower curtain rods!! We just had our small bathroom updated, and the one that I had used for years vanished so I needed to find a replacement. These worked great and now i have extras, just in case!! I use them even with the tension shower curtain rods, because I have found that the rod is always coming loose. These sockets keep the rod and curtain in place nicely!

When I purchased these I thought they were going to be flimsy plastic where the screw rips thru the plastic. I was pleasantly surprised that they are firm plastic and will hold up instead of the flimsy plastic.

These are easy to install. I got them up pretty quickly. They are not as sturdy as the metal ones but still do the job pretty well.

They are cheaper thinner plastic. But have held up so far. Been about month
