These are hard pieces not flexible nor fabric. Does not adjust to curves on your face so they either fit or may have some gaps. Pieces are well made and small enough, but again not soft patches.

Using the patch with elastic band gives a better appearance versus using the patch with tape. Protection of the eye is the end result.

After an eyelid procedure, while waiting for the stitches to heal, I wore the shield at night. It stayed in place perfectly, allowing me to sleep on my side and preventing me from possibly rubbing or scratching the eyelid in sleep. The shield can probably be bought cheaper at a drugstore, but the adjustable elastic strap works well and is better than having to use adhesive tape to secure the shield.
