Fits my glasses okay. Not a perfect fit. My glasses are the classic raybans. These fit better for glasses with the sides in the middle of the actual frames where as my glasses have the sides right at the top of the frames. Still get the job done. Super secure. They were even hard to get back off the glasses. Will purchase again if these break from my careless throwing thme in my bag.

Get this size unless you have very, very small glasses. Fit instructions give an overlapping range for B52 and B26. If your glasses measure in the overlap or larger, get the B52. Excellent fit, easy to put on, works the way it says.

I really like this product--it does exactly what I need. I don't spend a lot of time in the lab at work, but when I do I need to wear safety glasses. I like having on my prescription glasses but didn't want to order prescription lab glasses (hassle, money, and unattractive). This was the ideal solution, I can pop them on when I need to go into the lab-- best of both worlds! My only complaint is they're very cumbersome to secure and remove. The rubber-band portion is very tight and difficult to stretch. They're better suited for someone who will put them on and leave them in place, rather than my purposes of taking them on and off as needed. I hope that in time it will become more stretched out and flexible so it will be easier to attach and remove.

First off, I thought that it says for medium to large glasses but they don't fit my medium sized ones, and definitely not my much larger glasses. Looking at the picture also, I could say I was deceived by it because it looks like they are snug around grandpa looking glasses which i know are pretty large so I assumed that they would fit perfectly for my large almost hipster looking glasses. I don't get how people are reviewing and saying that the side shields are too big, they certainly weren't big enough for mine. I was also disappointed about when I was making the purchase that I had figure out what item I needed just so this "add on" product could actually be bought. Kind of annoying that I need to find something else to buy in order to actually get this item. What if I just wanted to purchase the item alone by itself. I don't really like the add on item idea.

Fantastic design, so happy I found them, what a bargain. The glasses will still fold up when attached. Not sure if they willl work on my new glasses that are coming but work perfectly fine on half-frame fairly compact glasses. it took a bit to figure out how they assemble; the key is the o-ring looking rubber band only goes around the temple ONCE on the side closest the lenses; the other side of the o-ring is pulled tight OUTSIDE the shield and is hooked onto a hook on the edge farthest from the lenses.

These are a generic-fitting shield, and they work OK.I was hoping for more of a custom fit, but I found unless you buy them for a specific type of frame, they are clunky and large, and kind of heavy. So I made my own using the plastic of a face shield, and that worked until the fishing string broke. Now I don’t use anything. If I really need a shield for my glasses in the future, I’ll either go back to fit-over shields or buy glasses with built-in shields.

For the money, not bad at all. Id say they were a little aggravating to put on and take off. But you get used to it pretty quickly. They lasted me a couple months before one finally gave out along the line where it flexes to conform to your glasses shape. Would order them again if I needed sideshields.

If you look at the generic information above, under the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION heading it says that this is the B52+ model of these plastic side shields. If you look at the TECHNICAL DETAILS beneath that, it says that these are meant for "Small to Medium frames."Having ordered off this exact Amazon page, I can tell you that the information is a bit misleading. My side shields were shipped with the specification paperwork for the different models--including the one I purchased. On that paper, it says that the B52+ is good for MEDIUM to LARGE frames. These side shields are too big for small frames. I tried installing them on my wire-frame glasses, where I felt like the very act of installing them would do damage to the temples of my glasses. The side-shields are attached by slipping a temple through a small rubber band and then lifting that rubber band over a tab. The longer the temple-legs are, the more you'll have to stretch that small rubber band. There were times I was afraid my glasses would bend out of shape before I got the rubber band in place.Even if these side-shields were the right size, I still felt that the act of installing them was far too time-consuming and unintuitive. A snap-on clip or something would be much faster and practical, in my opinion. For those that plan on using these with Medium or Large frames, the side-shields are "fitted" by merely bending the "Living Hinges" to complete the fit. Unfortunately, these "Living Hinges" are nothing more than flexible plastic, so there is a chance they can still fit improperly.According to the paperwork that came with these side-shields, here are their sizing recommendations:B26+ . . . is good for SMALL and MEDIUM frames with a glass lens height of 1.182" to 1.70" (30-43mm)B52+ (the one you're reading about) . . . is good for MEDIUM and LARGE frames with a glass lens height of 1.25" to 2.125" (32-54mm)They're plastic, they're cheap, they're made in the USA . . . but I think there are better quality side shields to be found.
