These are sturdy enough to be effective and I have run them through the dishwasher in the utensil tray (brush side up) without any issues. It is easier to clean them by holding them under a hot water faucet flow with maybe a swipe or two of Dawn afterward and a final hot rinse.

This review is for the Anaeat 2 pack silicone basting pastry brushes. They are quite sturdy, great value for the price, I used for basting and spreading olive oil and they worked seamlessly. Easy to clean up with hot water and dish soap.
