I thought they looked and felt cheap. I made ice cream for my dog. He loved them. I found putting the ice cream in the molds meditative. I'm going to try using these for cookies as well. For now I'll be making a lot of frozen treats.

Blend 1 whole lemon with rind, 4 tablespoons of honey, 2 pieces of peeled turmeric, and 2 similar sized peeled pieces of ginger. Pour it in one of these things and freeze it. Pop em out and store them in the freezer. When you want a great immunity booster, put 3 cubes in a cup with hot water and you got yourself a great cup of tea!The molds work great. The cubes are just a little bigger than an M&M.

They work great but are thin. These are best used with a tray underneath to avoid spills.

I wanted to use these for chocolate molds and I was thinking the entire surface would mold together giving me one mold, however when removing it broke and I was left with a ton of tiny square molds.
