Very good. Easy to operate as some seem to be quite complicated for older generation. I really like the pull up handle. Makes it so easy to move around. Most of these machines are around 25 lbs. and can be a real chore for older people. There is only one thing I find most aggravating and that is the length of the wire. It barely reaches even though the wall plug is on the left side of my chair. If it were center of the chair it would never make it. Otherwise I am very happy with this purchase. I hope it lasts.
