I got hurt years ago during a pickup game of basketball. Recently I injured the same ankle while skateboarding. I needed a thinner brace than the boot I have. This has helped tremendously. I don't have to have extra room in my sneaker. They slide right on with no problem.

The straps that are supposed to cross over your foot and wrap around your ankle, are quite short. I’d suggest buying a larger size if you have any doubts which size to buy.

Male, size 11 shoe and bought medium size. Yes, stupid. Will return and get Large. Incredibly frustrating to put it on, apart from size. Essential to watch and record frames of the video (right ankle my sprain is left) as there are no written instructions. Black material does not make for a good video so not clear even which is the inside. the Velcro hooked ends stick to every thing and confuse matters (end protectors???) Have some white Velcro tape that will use as markers for the Large size. In the meantime "Doctor's Choice Men's & Women's Sleeping Socks, Soft, Cozy Compression 8-15 mmHg X Large". Will revisit review when get the large size, suspect I need x Large.

Despite measuring, there’s a large excess of fabric because it fits so poorly. I can use the straps to compress the bulge some, but then there’s painful pressure. I can make it snug, but then it’s even more painful. My doctor said I have normal anatomy - it’s the product. I bought two and they both have this issue.

Gostei do produto, mas considero que tive sorte, porque as informações do site deixam muito a desejar. Por exemplo: não encontrei onde saber o tamanho exato do produto, tive que decidir entre P e M. Escolhi a M e me serviu bem, mas eu calço 37 e tenho a panturrilha grossa, então tenho que usar na opção mais confortável, que está no limite. Talvez tivesse escolhido a G, se tivesse essa opção. Li que um outro cliente, que calça 41, tentou usar a M, o que deve ter sido uma péssima experiência, pois deve ter ficado muito apertado e desconfortável, ainda mais se estivesse numa situação de entorse como a minha. Achei importante escrever todos esses detalhes para ajudar futuros interessados no produto.
