I loved it. It is so easy to use compared to all the other ice packs around.... it is also very simple to initiate and get using very quickly. I had an Achilles problem and used this to apply some ice on my feet. Works just fine.

I bought this for my ankle injury which required icing every 4 -5 hours for 20-5-20 minutes to avoid swelling. Bought this after i got tired off the generic cold packs which constantly slipped from the ankle during the cold therapy. This one helped to keep the icepack at the right place and provide the required amount to icing. Compression makes it icing on the cake

when in foot ankle pain this conforms to either foot covers all area'sfreeze's, well nice cover easy to use

This was for my wife who broke her ankle and had 2 plates and 11 screws put in. The only regret, other than the break, was that we didn't find this sooner.But it now!

cold pack is excellent. have to be careful to not keep the ankle wrap for too long otherwise can get frostbite!
