Step 1
Turn it on, click again will activate the backlight.
Tap and Hold both “+” “-” buttons to switch between ℉ and ℃.
Step 2
Select your target in recommended 6 settings.
During the icon flashing, press “+” or “-” to customize your target temperature.
Step 3
Insert the probe into meat and get the reading.
Please don't leave the thermometer in the oven.
Step 4
Over Temp Remind.
While current temperature > Target temperature, the screen will flash with backlight to remind you.

My favorite tool in the kitchen. I always recommend people have a meat thermometer. They make life so much easier. I always get compliments how juicy my chicken vreast is, this is the secret! Never over/undercook meat again! You can also use them for baked goods like cakes to avoid overlooking.I've jade this for about a year now and still works great ðŸ‘

I find the temperature to be pretty accurate and the length helps to keep from getting burned. It's quick and the back lighting is a plus. It just gets the job done at a very good price. I love it.

Bought for my boyfriend and his constant smoker cooking when his old one went missing (have kids they said….). Less money than his old one and works just as well if not better, he’s extremely pleased with this digital thermometer.

Just got this, so I can't report on the durability but it looks to be of good quality and I like the little sleeve that protects in when not in use. The controls work well, and are intuitive - I didn't even read the instructions. It appears to have a good temperature range, although to truly test that, I'd have to put it in a deep-freeze or a hot oven, and I doubt it will survive that. I bought this one because the others of similar value and/or functionality all had reviews that the temperature probe did not stabilize quickly or that it was not accurate. I haven't really tested that a lot, but it seems to be able to report the temperature within 5-10 seconds which to me is OK. As for whether it's spot on, well, I doubt that being 5 degrees off will affect my roast or my dough rising.
