I make a lot of use of my Sony A6000, especially as a studio camera, but the A6000 has no onboard level like my A6300s. This little widget slides into the hot shoe on the top deck and makes critical leveling, fore-and-aft and/or side-to-side a breeze. You can see the bubbles from nearly any vantage, including from behind. It stays comfortably secure in the hot shoe but easily slides out if you need to mount a flash.

These saved me while I was in a pinch. I do not have a tripod with a level, and I was about to go on a trip to photograph some landscapes. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a tripod with a level, so I went shopping and stumbled on these. They fit perfectly in my hot shoe, and were just what I needed. They were the heroes of my trip. I recommend these handy little levels.

The actual pieces are a bit smaller then the impression you get but they still work great for what they are intended for.

I purchased this for my Canon 6D which I am using to scan negatives on a copy stand. The depth of field is very shallow when scanning a 35mm negative with a macro lens so you want the camera and copy stand in alignment. With the Anwenk Hot Shoe Level Camera Bubble Level I can confirm that my camera is level in two dimensions. I have verified it against another very precise level I have and it is accurate.5 stars each on Value and Accuracy, 4 stars on sturdiness, but what do you expect from a plastic level.

As far as I know, hotshoes come in a standard size. This is slightly smaller than that so it does slide in fine but as soon as I pick up my camera it falls out. I do outdoor photography so this is not the best fit for me, but if you only shoot in your own house/studio and aren't worried about losing it then this should be okay.
