Definitely did not receive a new one. It must of been used and returned. I'm going to put it to charge and hopefully it works if not I am going to have to return it.

This potable vacuum cleaner has different heads to fit many different places to clean in the car. The wind is strong but the noise is a little bit annoying but acceptable. And it is very easy to hold since it is not heavy.

All of the attachments pieces do not fit on there it's like something is loose and it doesn't allow it to stay on so they all just fall off very upsetting. The suction part of it seems like it works really well if it would just stay put together but it isn't.
