I carefully researched several different models of 6-deck capacity automatic card shufflers before deciding upon this one. The flexibility of using battery or USB is certainly a plus (be mindful of the amp rating of the plug adapter you use; the shuffler really drags with anything less than a 2 amp adapter). I use it at least once a week playing Hand and Foot with a group of friends.When I first purchased it, I could load it with all 6 decks and it would breeze right through them quickly without jamming or running sluggishly - this was using band new Maverick decks. When it is just my wife and I playing, we use 4 decks which were pieced together from assorted slightly used decks we had laying around. And it still worked great even though the decks were of varying quality, thickness and weight.After having used it for quite some time, I have noticed it does not easily handle all 6 decks at once anymore - it tends to jam, the mechanisms do not grip the cards well and it can be sluggish at times. Now it could be we are still using the same 6 decks of cards; they are still in very good condition but maybe the coating on the cards is getting worn...that is a possibility. My solution is to simply load each side with fewer cards (maybe 1 deck at a time on each side) - this simple modification works well.Something else I noticed about using the card shuffler is the cards do not wear out as quickly compared to shuffling by hand. As I mentioned, we've been using this same 6-card deck since March, playing at least once a week, using it 4-8 times each time, and the cards are still in great condition. That is a significant benefit.I have noticed a bit of card dust build-up, that may be a factor in why the card shuffler does not handle all 6 decks at once. I'll have to look into that more closely.One minor issue occurred when one of the flanges (the posting calls them apertures) that holds the moveable tray broke. After looking carefully, it didn't actually break, it simply popped out. Thankfully it wasn't just glued onto the face of the machine. It had a little nob that fits into the machine. It easily just popped right back in. I may add some super glue later, but I'm not so sure I want to do that.As far as the noise. The post claims it is completely noise-free. That is not true at all. It is a mechanical device with moving gears involved. And though they are plastic, it still produces noise. My wife and friends think it is too noisy at times, But I don't think it's that bad. We can still have conversation going on while I shuffle the cards, but then I don't shuffle at the table, but rather a counter top nearby. It does produce some noise, and the noise bouncing off hard surfaces can seem a bit loud for some people.In my opinion, having to split my 6 decks into smaller groups, the occasional minor jam, the slight sluggishness, the flange/aperture popping out, the noise level are all minor compared to the benefit of not having to shuffle 6 decks by hand. And it has opened up an opportunity to play a game we find very satisfying (Hand and Foot) that requires 6 decks. If we did not have this automatic card shuffler we would not be playing Hand and Foot. These minor issues are a very small price to pay for the enjoyment we have received.And finally a note about the USB. We have other friends who also have a 6-deck automatic card shuffler. Theirs however are ONLY battery operated. It is a different "brand" but it is undoubtedly the same design and possibly the same manufacturer. They go through alot of batteries. Because of the USB, we have not had to purchase one battery. This was one reason why I chose the model with the USB port and I am so glad I did. Some have mentioned the USB port is weak. I have not found that to be the case. It is plastic so I am mindful of how I operate the device - I want it to last for many years to come, and from all evidence so far I think it will.

This is my second shuffler with USB power and I love it. I’ve had about 15 of these shufflers and they only last a short time. Only the last 2 have had USB power. These are much better but not sure they will last longer. I’ve only had this one a short time. The last one quit after about 6 months so I ordered this one. When it came I determined that the last one still works. It was the charging cable connector that’s bad. I plugged it in with the new cable and it works fine. Now I have two of them. Also this one has a 4 ft cable instead of an 18” cable. Much better.

Had to buy this one, because the 2 deck shuffler only worked with brand new decks. once the decks get used a little bit, the output stack can no longer handle all the cards. Unfortunately, there is a design flaw here too because the fall is so much that the cards tend to flip instead of lay flat in the output stack ... we put an empty card box under the output catcher to stop the flipping, but it makes grabbing it a little trickier as well, but it's functional and better than shuffling multideck games still.

I am extremely please with the experience with this seller. My card shuffler stoped working and the seller refunded my money. The machine worked great, until it malfunctioned, but I will be purchasing another from this seller because I have confidence they will make it right. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I played cards a lot, and our old hands are just not good a shuffling cards any more. This device makes shuffling very fast and easy. Maybe one time in one hundred shuffles a card might not go through correctly, but it might not have been lined up correctly, too. It does make some noise, but not enough to be a big bother. This is NOT a heavy duty machine you could bang around a lot, but it is extremely reliable (we are using good quality cards) and we are very happy with our purchase. ADDENDUM: After I learned to put the cards in correctly, it has worked perfectly for a few thousand shuffles.

Works as described. Handy for Hand & Foot card game. Nice to be able to use electricity instead of batteries.

I like that this can be used with the included USB/USB-C cord - works well. Haven’t tried batteries yet.The quality of the plastic is pretty weak. The shelf that the cards sit on while shuffling arrived cracked on 1-side.
