This shuffler has operated well compared to others I have had. Don’t push the cards in tight and it operates well.

We like this card shuffler, however, if you put too many cards in it, it becomes jammed and you have to physically unplug it to fix. Other than that it works just fine and sure saves pain in our fingers trying to shuffle by hand.

The shuffler either fed from one side only (even though both rollers were spinning), jammed after only a few cards, or flipped cards so you would need to check the deck before dealing. The idea is great. The performance is bad.

I got this to help family members with arthritis. It works well 99% of the time, but occasionally cards get hung up side ways in the tray. It's worth the cost to us.
