I have a back condition that requires me to wear a weight belt while working or doing long distance walking. This belt just melts the pain away. I have tried many different brands and I can say this one won't just fall off of you.As I wear this 8 hours a day - 5 days I week we shall see if it lasts 1 year or more. Most of the other brands don't make it 1 year before the Velcro wears out. I have tried the leather ones with metal clasps and prefer a belt that can flex with you as you move around bending over and standing up.My job requires me to pick random junk up off the ground and the reinforced ones don't flex if you just bend over to pick up a piece of trash. Stand on your feet for 8 hours and see if you like squatting down and kneeling to pick stuff up...

According to their size guide, the XL was the size I needed. It was HUGE and I couldn't tighten it enough. I returned it and ordered a Large. It fits, but I wish it was a couple of inches shorter.Also, they should include a simple diagram to show how to put it on and wear it. This was my first weight-lifting belt and it took some trial and error to figure it out.

It is very thick and heavy. You can get it to take the shape of a small circle, if you use a rubber band to hold it in that postion. It takes about 3 days.It fits tight enough, but is not so flexible that it can be put through the belt loop

I’ve had more issues pop up wearing it than good. Efficiency and support is all I wanted but I got neither. This is hazardous. My workouts have become more of a nuisance due to the belt loosening on its own. That’s extremely dangerous when you’re a heavy lifter like me. The support just isn’t there, this is not it.

I can make it work, but it fits awkwardly.i ordered medium because my waist around my belly is 31" inch standing and 32" inch when sitting.The velcro strap when pulled tight wrapped all around me to my mid back just past the middle of my back. the length of the velcro strap from buckle in front to the end of it mid back was around 20-inches. It really did not need to be that long for a size medium.As far as quality goes i dont think the buckle will last. I held a magnet to the (metal) buckle and it did not stick. The buckle it likely to be some cheap piece of tin or aluminum. That said my dip belt and work belts also use similar non-magnetic metal and they are holding up okay.I going to keep looking for a weight lifting belt that fits me better (true to size) and keep this Apexup belt as just a back up. THREE stars because it just meh, but the price under $20 was okay.
