Was throwing tps codes and going into limp mode on my ,05 Mercury mountaineer 4.0 and this was the same price as a tps at the part store. Truck was sitting awhile didn't trust the actuators so replaced whole thing and it's been great!!

This Item was opened when arrived. Apparently, Amazon had someone return, then sent me this unit when I ordered. I ordered another unit from Amazon, from another supplier and unit worked as expected. Original item is being retruned.

Tracking down a fueling problem on my vehicle bought this cuz I read the code wrong but perfect factory fix fit didn't run into any problems installing quick easy works great That's just one less thing I have to worry about going bad

This does NOT come with a gasket.After install on my 2011 Crown Vic it would not even idle without coughing and gasping!Sent it back.
