This was a great replacement for my rusted out filler tube. Take care not to damage the rubber hose to the tank as it has been discontinued and not available. Check the flapper in this hose and the tank. I had to buy a Duralast 6836 fuel cap to fit this part, so far so good. My TrailBlazer LS is a 2004 4wd 4 door.

Fuel cap won't go on. Second one of there's I've put on . Aftermarket cap goes on but leaks and no warranty. Get what u paid for junk

Don’t buy this filler neck plastic sticks up and you can not turn gas cap to close. Sent replacement thinking it was a defect. Replacement same problem.
