This hose will fit a 1999 Ford Ranger, Extended Cab, 4x4, 3.0 Flex, 6 foot Flareside Bed. I had a hard time finding a listing for a filler neck hose that would fit my truck. This hose fits even though the Amazon fitment application says it will not. I had to trim off about 2" from the long end for a perfect fit on the filler neck. FYI, the hose is 1.5" inside diameter and about 15" overall length. Hose came with clamps for installation. It may fit other vehicles, but I know it fits the above described truck. Hope this helps someone looking for this hose!

installed new 9 aug 17 but not used yet. it fits perfectly and appears as an exact replacement for the original with the exception of not having the captive hose clamp. with all the required adjunct, it would have cost a little over $300 at the ford dealer (it is sold only with the filler neck).thank you spectra.

Was a perfect replacement for my 99 ranger. It had a check engine light for a evap leak. This solved the issue and has been fine since. Good quality.
