When you change your fuel sending unit on that mustang, do yourself the favor and change this cheap seal also. It sucks having to drop the tank twice (unfortunate learning opportunity). That said, this is easy enough install and does the job.

Fit perfectly. No leaks from fuel tank after installing. Make sure to replace this part whenever you drop the fuel tank so you don't have to do the job twice.

This replacement for the fuel tank filler neck is good quality and very hard rubber which is good for sealing vapors in the tank but not easy to install. I used a little grease on the groove that fits into the lip on the filler hole and still had a tough time squeezing it in.Um yeah, well I’m getting a little middle aged now so forget that stuff! LOL!

Tenia una fugan de gas en el tanque de mi mustang 2000 y con este empaque se soluciono sin problemas.Si no tienes mucha experiencia mecánica, es mejor que lo lleves a que te lo instale un taller, pues si es difícil su instalación.
