It did fit a 2011 Ford escape v6 XLT with the flex fuel option. Even though it seemed a little bit big. I hate the flex fuel choice as the car gets older they break a lot. It is a poor design but Ford. Mine has 207k on it and I have had to replace it twice one from factory, one the metal part broke off. So you couldnt put gas in at all. I tried to switch the Mazda tribute version but it didn't fit.

Had check engine light on, code said PO442 small evap leak. Couldn’t find so off to shop, they said you need, so I ordered and super fast shipping and took to them and they said smoke test said don’t need it.Reached out about returning it and between my wife and the great customer service I kept for just Incase.Well I got wife’s 2010 Escape back and code came back, I smoked tested and the filler neck leaks at flapper, I real glad I kept it, and didn’t take to another shop.Thanks for all your help.

The fuel filler neck is well built except the problem is you would need to find a new filler neck hose which was not included. The filler hose between the neck and the tank should be replaced at the same time. The hose by itself can be difficult to find a match. FORD sells the parts as one with filler fuel hose and neck. It is one part number and now searching for that filler hose which of course costs alot more than the neck itself. I need the hose so now looking through a third party.

Guaranteed fit...my foot. This fuel inlet/filler line does not fit the 2010 Merc Mariner. The dimensions for the lines are not the same as the connections. Trashing and having to go to the dealership.

Fit perfectly on 2009 escape xlt. Only issue is have to tie strap the guard after installation
