Easy to install, and works great. Now the hood opens easy. Before had to pull really hard on the handle which caused it to break, found that the old latch was kinda stuck and not moving right. What a difference putting this new latch in made.

The latch lined up perfectly and works great. My only criticism (hence the 4 stars) are the flimsy expansion springs, but let's face it, you get what you pay for. Word of advice...spray some WD-40 on the screws prior to removing the old latch. Wire wheel them before installing the new one. It'll make the job much easier. And don't forget to outline the original latch before removing.
