Works as intended, simple 3 screw install. Just remember to transfer the one wire retainer clip from old to new unit. It is a little louder with a noticeable whistling noise, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. My previous blower motor would turn on intermittently, even after replacing the transistor and burned up connector.

2015 Tacoma AC fan stopped working. Got this and installed in 15 minutes. Works perfectly. Seems more quiet than original. No need to pay dealer prices.

Bit louder than the original. Took at most 10 minutes to install, now I have AC/heat again. Can't beat the price. 10/10 would buy again even if this one fails.
