Installation was about 30 minutes, airflow is better than before for sure and not loud at all.only time will tell if it’s good or not. Great value for the part.

Installed this blower motor in my 2001 Jeep XJ after experiencing intermittent issues with no heat /AC. This unit fit properly with 0 issues installing, motor blows strong and quiet. Also replaced the blower motor resistor at the same time, I believe that was the culprit all along but figured I’d replace the blower motor since it was the original and the price was good. All controls working as they should.

This item does NOT fit a RHD TJ Wrangler or Cherokee. It is designed to only fit LHD cars. It would be nice if this was mentioned in the item description instead of waiting for a buyer to bring this to other buyers attention. Over all the item seems to be well made but unfortunately I cant use it so I cant tell anyone if this blower is worth buying or not. I wasted my money buying this item. Dont fall into the same trap as I did. If you drive a RHD then DONT buy this item.Update......... I stripped this blower down and transferred the motor to my RHD housing and attached my old fan blade system. I reversed the polarity for the motor to make it spin in the right direction. Im surprised that my system and mods actually work. The motor seems more powerful than the OEM one supplied with the vehicle. I had to trim the center of the fan to suit the motor shaft. Also had to place a couple of thin washers on existing washer on the motor shaft to help space the fan properly for clearance. The motor was a very tight fit in the old RHD housing but it does fit like a glove. I had to drill a hole in the housing to match the screw holes in the motor so it could be secured properly. All in all the system works well and at a fraction of the price of a new RHD unit. With a bit of creativity anything is possible. Give it a try. You will surprise yourself.
