Fit an 2007 perfect and all the bolt holes lined up with no issue. The gasket it came with was on the cheap side but I had a better set from a dorman manifold installation kit.

Be careful when buying the parts, you put the car information and they do not come with the car later and pay attention when returning because they charge you for the return

The castings (made in China) were not even close to matching the ports on the heads. Also had to enlarge a few of the mounting holes to line them up. A lot of Dremel work was needed to enlarge the ports and mounting holes just to get them to line up. The one positive is they sit flush and seal well.

Quality made, fit perfect too, came with all lower studs donut seal and gasket. I am very pleased with this item .
