Installed in a 2013 Equinox end of February. It’s June 19/24 and the cable or plastic spool I already broke. Was lowering window and heard a loud click. Window stopped working can hear motor spinning. Window slid all the way down. Didn’t last 4 months.

Simple enough to install. But it went down and there is stayed. Says 1 year warranty. Right. Haven't found a " contact us" or anything.
