Worked great on my C4. Old booster was bad (hissing, hard pedal, and rough idle) installed this and have great breaks and no more vacuum leaks. Metal and smaller the OEM unit

It will work just fine in ur 84 corvette. Should come with a seal for the firewall but whatever. RTV THAT MFKR

Fits an 85 Corvette better than the oe booster. It's metal, instead of plastic, but it's much smaller, so it weighs about the same.

On first inspection of this product it seemed smaller in size to the orginal but I am pleased it is as it now provides more space in the engine bay. I had to do a minor adjustment to the brake pedal hole as it was too tight to connect so I enlarged it by 0.5mm so that the brake pedal pin slots in. Overall happy with this product at a reasonable price.
