The item arrived as scheduled and the parts required to fit it were obtained at the local hardware store. It was fitted in less than 1/2 an hour.

This RV toilet was bought to replace an old one. It came with the toilet seal and hardware. This was very easy to install. it only took 10 minutes to replace my RV toilet.

We had a THETFORD toilet in our old camper ( 16 years old) the seals were not holding well. I reluctantly bought this one ( thinking new thing are just not made the same) To my surprise, this one is great! a bit different bowl and probably an inch taller. But it is comfortable, flushes well and no more lid slamming down. I would buy again.

All around, I love it!Unfortunately the soft closing lid only worked a few times. It doesn't bother me.

Broke in 3 months. I told customer service that the toilet lid fit way too tight when new. The only purposes for a super tight plastic toilet lid is, to hold it up during traveling so a person can use it in motion and they don't have to worry about the lid falling. Or, it is fit tight for quick failure and more sales for replacement.

Like the foot control but just a little low for me had to get a riser the tall one would been better but still look and work great

J’ai un Rialta 2002 et, contrairement au dernier modèle de cette toilette, le nouveau design est plus haut, ce qui empêche le couvercle de s’ouvrir complètement. J’ai réglé le problème avec des aimants…Si non, la toilette est très belle et d’excellente qualité.

Great new throne!! So white making me feel like INeed to re-do the bathroom. Works great, easy to install (I think as hubby wasn’t cursing). Love that we can confidently to our duties on the throne without worry of leaks or issues.
