I use them to help me with water aerobics and for this they are super. Want more resistance, just spread your fingers and increase your pace. Have used them about 5 days a week for over a month and they show no wear. Very happy with purchase

I wouldn’t buy these or recommend this item. The large size is definitely medium. And after 3 hours in the pool the Velcro is failing. These product attributes are very basic for this item.

These gloves are fine except for the velcro. It only lasted for 3 weeks then I had to cut the wrist straps off.This is a further update: These gloves are worthless! They started falling apart after 6 weeks.Do not buy...

They are tight and hard to get on and even harder when their wet. But they do go on and I have been using them and they definitely workout your arms.
