Arborea 6" small chau gong

- Chau Gong has a black outer edge and a black center, and in the middle part is processed to reveal a shiny bronze. They range in size from 4 inches to 80 inches.
- This Chau Gong is hand made and hand hammered using cast bronze .
- Chinese Chau Gongs have a very powerful sound, especially the larger ones. Good Chau Gongs have a blend of fundamental tone along with a nice crash or wash of sound.
- Gongs produce a wide range of overtones from high to low. After one big blow to the gong, it resonates for a long time. The sound varies with the location and speed of the impact. The harder you hit it, the farther the sound travels.

I want to start meditating again and this gong has the perfect sound to allow you to follow the gong until it waves off to silence. I really like the quality of the product, it looks like it will last a while and I like how it came with a gong stick and brace to hang it on.

So this healing sound like scary ghost summoning to me. Not helpful...after a week it became background sound. A little helpful, but just neutral and not scary anymore.--Returning...Buddha Cup Bowl did better only one to make me feel better, safe.

I am a teacher and use this to start my class. It has a good strong sound to it. It lasts for about 10 to 20 seconds. I’ve had one or two kids knock it over by accident and it was fine. It is wonderful and durable. it is definitely worth the money to pay for a better one like this than the cheap $20 ones

This is horrible. The stand came bent almost in half. I cannot hang the gong from the stand at all. This was a Christmas gift and I don’t even have the time to return it and get another one. Even in the photo I have tried bending it out to fix it, it was even more bent than it in in the picture. Absolutely horrible and I’m devastated bc I was so excited to give this to my mom.
