This mail box made well, strong, and best of all its price.Its size is standard and made out of plastic which’s weather resistant and doesn’t rust, also its door opens and closes easily and very functional.Took me two minutes to install.

Seems to be very durable rubberized material. Solidly made and big enough for a sizeable amount of mail. It has two screw openings on each side which allow you to attach it to the horizontal mailbox arm. It was wider than my 4 inch post so unless you have tremendously long screws you will have to place cross pieces of wood to your horizontal arm to match the width of the box where the screw holes are located on the box. I screwed these cross pieces to the arm and applied a good glue [ like E 6000 ] along the edges where the pieces met the arm to give it greater strength. The cross pieces were mounted to match the screw holes in the box so you just need to screw through the holes and the box is mounted firmly to the cross pieces [adding a flat washer ... wider than the screw hole... on to each screw before you screw them into the cross pieces holds the box to the post very firmly ] A pretty easy job needing a ruler, two pieces of wood, a saw to cut your cross pieces, glue if you want, four screws, 4 washers and a screw driver. Takes about a 1/2 hour to mount.

We live on a main 'smash the mailboxes' road for unruly teens, so we get hit once every year or two and have to replace our mailbox. This did the trick just fine. Roomy, cheap and solidly built.

We recently have storm came through our subdivision. The tree, we have in the front yard, got struck by lightening and fell on the mailbox. I got this mailbox as a replacement to the destroyed one and very happy with the design and price I paid.

Bought this to replace our rusted metal box. This is a nice size and a good price. Only gave it 4 stars because there is no latch or anything to keep the door closed. Keeps falling open right from day 1.
