The inside of the roster got bad after roasting a turkey for the first time. The quality of the materials is not very good.

Used twice already. Cooks fast and easy clean up! Sides of roaster do get extremely hot though.

We've never used a roaster for our turkey, always an oven. We were impressed (and shocked) with how fast this cooks the bird. Very simple controls, nothing complicated.Our only issue, a VERY short cord to plug in. That's the only reason for the 4 star. We had a hard time finding a convient place to plug it in during our party.
