Had to throw away the Mr. Pen cheap junk stapler and I was very happy to receive such a high quality stapler to go forward with. Strong and solid with no jaamming.

I bought this item to replace the Arrow JT21 due to the fact that I killed my 50 year old staple gun,as it uses the same staples that the JT21 used and I had 2 full boxes of staples left. Price is rightand the stapler works easily. An excellent replacement for an old, old product that literally woreitself out.

.....cuz not a single staple was included as a courtesy "starter" kit, as in most staplers ive purchased. I guess I should've read the WHOLE description, and I would've found out there are no staples included. duh on me. now i have to buy the staples.

Started off fine, but gradually got worse.Ignoring the previous reviews, I went with the Arrow JT27 stapler thinking, "hey, they're the primary manufacturers of the actual staples, they've got to be good.." I was wrong. I wanted to reupholster from dining chairs (4). Loaded the gun with Arrow's own JT21/T27 5/16" staples. The first cushion went fine. On the second, I noticed there were frequent 'misses', where you'd pull the trigger and the no staple would shoot out. Thought the staples were not loaded properly, tried reloading, tried a new row of staples. I think on the 2nd cushion I was at a 50% success rate. On the 3rd, about 10%. I haven't gotten to the 4th, because I have to let my hand heal from the excessive stapling action on my hand. The skin between my thumb and index finger opened up (I was wearing light duty gloves). I'll try to finish my project with this staple gun, but I cannot recommend this to other folks planning on doing any significant stapling.I would return the stapler, but I threw away the packaging in haste.

The Arrow JT27 Light Duty Stapler is easy to use and is built to last.After using it for a while I found that the Arrow 21MP1 JT21 Thin Wire Staples Multipack contained rows of staples that had to be reduced in length in order to fit in the JT27 Stapler. This is very annoying because you are left with short lengths of staples.

I had a plastic T27 staple gun prior to buying this product. Although it was an excellent product it only lasted a few years until it broke the other day. Obviously, due to the high impact of staple installation all metal is best. This particular product is an all-metal Construction. I cannot comment on its longevity yet as I only just used it the other day and had received it about a week ago. The staple installation is super simple. So far the quality seems to be very high for the price. Highly recommend this product.
