I recently purchased a three-set of necklace extenders, and overall, I'm quite pleased with them. The chains have a nice appearance, though they do lean toward the delicate side. The clasps, however, are rather small, which was a bit of a disappointment for me. To remedy this, I plan on adding larger jump rings to the ends so that my necklaces with larger clasps have something substantial to hook onto. Despite the small size of the rings on the ends, I must say that the chains themselves are sturdy and boast a shiny silver finish that complements my silver necklaces beautifully. The lengths are just right for adding a bit of extra length to allow a pendant on a shorter chain to hang at a more flattering spot on your neckline. However, it's worth noting that the chains may not precisely match the stated lengths. For instance, the 2" extender turned out to be closer to 2.5". So, it's best to think of these as approximate lengths rather than exact measurements. Overall, they serve their purpose well and are a handy addition to my jewelry collection.

The picture on the website looked more authentic. Looked a bit cheap. It works fine but not sure how quickly it will tarnish. Size was fine and the clasp was easy to connect.

I didn't realize how many necklaces I would finally be able to wear, with these necklace extenders! I have a "big" neck apparently, because nothing shorter than 20" will fit me, without strangling me when I move a certain way. I have a bunch of chains and necklaces I couldn't wear because they weren't long enough, and with these, I can now wear them! They are incredibly functional! They don't tarnish easily and are strong! I haven't broken one yet and it's been months! Great product!

Although I'm not generally a fan of the lobster-claw necklace catch, because they tend to be less secure than the round ones, these work well and don't seem to be a risk for coming apart. These are a very pretty sterling, though I will have to let them tarnish a bit to match my jewelry (lol). Or I can use the silver polishing cloth they include with the extenders.One thing I'm not a fan of is the opposite end from the catch, because it just makes so many heavy disruptions to a thin chain--you know how they have a way of working themselves forward--but that's easily remedied if I want to make one of these extenders permanent.This is a great product, because I'm now able to use jewelry that has been forever sitting in my drawer because it's just not the right length. I've love to see this with the traditional circular catch, but the lobster claw on these works fine.
