The fixture globe fit perfect. The fixture was installed in 1974. Unbelievable!

I returned this even though it was a nice product because I measured incorrectly and it didn't fit my lamp. The globe is nice and looks classy; too bad it didn't fit. Customer service let me return it.

I has to do so early trimming on it to get it to fit. But I am very pleased with it.

The IKEA FADO lamp has an extremely thin glass shade, which immediately broke when I attached it to the light base. This plastic shade fits perfectly. It's a little smaller (8" vs 10" for FADO) but since it is neckless and the neck opening is the right size, it works perfectly.
