I bought this for my husband. We have a classic car restoration shop and this is a perfect addition to the paint shop area.My husband loves it and says it works great.

Secured it to my main table made from 4x4's using lags. Creates quite a rattle and the paint cans get looser the longer they go. Using the recommended shake times work fine, but don't let it go longer or you might lose a can.Setup was easy, but I am worried about the acrylic oil cylinder breaking one day. I made sure to install this unit so the air ingress is facing away from traffic areas and I ensured the hose is attached in as stress free a way as possible. I'm not sure how I could replace that part if it broke.

Well I’ve had this paint shaker for a year and a half and I do not use it every single day. I am not using it every day like a automotive body shop would. I restore airplanes. The first paint shaker I had probably had a total of five hours and it blown out the O-ring on the piston. So I replaced the O-ring and it worked great but it only lasted maybe another hour or so after I replaced the O ring. So I called Amazon and told them what had happened and they said that it was past the 90 days for return. BUT someone pulled a few strings and they ended up letting me return it and I ordered a new one just like it. The new one works great so far. ðŸ˜ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

The thing operated for 10 seconds before shutting down and not working again. Going to order another to see if it was an isolated incident.

I bought this to mix paints that have been sitting around for a while, and it works really well. I've attached an oiler in the line and grease the main joint as indicated. It does have to be screwed down or it will bounce all over... as it is it does make my heavy work table "walk".Great bang for the buck!(I also used to it mix a jar of tahini that had separated and it worked well, although I'm not sure of the dangers of shaking a glass jar).

Does a great job & because it runs off compressed air , the valve allows you to choose a soft /med. or strong shake ; great for smaller ,more fragile containers

It shakes paint cans as intended.Be advised of this: It consumes a high flow of air. Need a big compressor to feed it. I have an average compressor, and I have to stop the shaker to let the compressor refill a few times. Also, it requires solid clamping to a stable and heavy table, or else it will shake off that support as much as the paint.

For the price, this paint shaker does a good job even though it consumes a lot of air. Luckily I have 2 very large compressors, so it isn't a problem. But as a few other people have complained, the grease nipple which is mounted in PLASTIC is the stupidest idea ever devised, broke the nipple off out of the plastic on the very FIRST application. Idiotic idea.....would never work, and it didn't. Luckily the mechanism is very easy to pull apart and grease the areas that need greasing, and shouldn't need greasing very often, so no real big deal for me. If an Aussie is reading this, a standard 4 litre paint tin easily fits in this machine.
