Relay works as expected. We will see reliability over time. I used a wire tie to lock the relay into the socket, would be great if the relay had a mild lock into place feature.

Just installed but the relay seems to function just fine. Must be connected with positive on terminal 14 and negative on terminal 13 for LED indicator to function correctly.

Really worked as expected. Not an industry standard pin configuration, but works fine. Using it to switch communication lines.
