THIS WAS A GOOD BUY, I WAS READY TO THROW THE VACUUM AWAY WHEN I FOUND THIS REPLACEMENT HOSE. I HAVE A LIFT AWAY DUO CLEAN PROFESSIONAL (ZU785) AND COULD NOT FIND A NEW HOSE ANYWHERE. THE PICTURE LOOKED LIKE AN EXACT MATCH TO MY OLD HOSE, AND IT VERY NEARLY IS, EVEN THOUGH THE LISTING DOES NOT INCLUDE MY MODEL NUMBER AS AN APPROVED FIT.THE HOSE IS SLIGHLY LIGHTER, AND IT DOES NOT HAVE A CLIP THE ATTACHES TO THE HANDLE TO KEEP THE HOSE FROM FLOPPING AROUND, I'LL JUST CUT THE OLD ONE OFF OF MY HOSE AND USE IT ON THIS ONE. THE SELLER PROVIDED QUICK SERVICE, THE HOSE IS MADE AS WELL AS THE ORIGINAL, AND IT WAS EASY TO CHANGE OUT. I DO KNOW THAT I'LL NEVER BY ANOTHER SHARK VACUUM, TOO HARD TO REPAIR, OR EVEN BY PARTS FOR. I TRIED THEM FIRST

The hose doesn't have the "clip" that connects it to the vacuum for storage; otherwise it was identical and works great.

We purchased this replacement because a pen got sucked up and we couldn't extract it no matter what we tried. So we were happy to see this replacement part!

The product looked well made. It seemed to secure to the vacuum with a bit of force. However, once I used it a couple of time it would no longer stay attached.

The handle didn't click in properly so when you lifted or pulled the vacuum it would detach from the unit without having to press the button. It's also noticeably lower quality than the OEM part it replaced (eg. thinner plastic).I returned this and purchased a different one instead, a Enbizio, and it was a perfect fit.
