Cheap alternative to the many name-brand options for HDMI capture. Currently using with old Xiaomi Yi action cam and Sony AS300. Both function perfectly at the same time as sources in OBS etc.

Easy to set up. If you are confused about the software like I was, there is no software included with this device. You must download a software like OBS Studio and you are good to go. I reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly and were very helpful. Top notch customer service.

I am still trying to find software that will use this device. I am trying to use the output of my Roku media player as input into the computer to record.

I had some shows on an old DVR I wanted to save and it worked fine. It did not work with a new DVR but it was the DVR that was giving issues.

I used it a few times over a couple months. It is dead already. It always was difficult to start as it required me to restart my PC, the device itself, the input device too. Now no matter what I do, it will not even register as being connected to my PC. It's not just Windows 1. It will not output to my TV via the output HDMI either.
